Apna dard chhupate hue,
Aur sab ko khush rakhte hue khud ko bhoolte hue.
Kyun Dabate Hain Apni Awaaz?

Apne emotions ko express karna weakness na samjha jaye
Lekin socho …
Jab hum khud ko hi nahi sunte,
To duniya humein kyun sune gi?
Ab Waqt Hai – Apne Liye Bolne Ka
1. Tumhara dard valid hai – use feel karne ka haq hai
2. Apni baat likho, bolo, art ya writing ke zariye bayaan karo
3. Apne aap se sach bolna seekho – yeh pehla step hai healing ka
4. Zarurat ho to kisi trusted dost, therapist ya Allah se baat karo
